For the prawns:
1 kilo of prawns
¼ cup of parsley
¼ cup of oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice.
A spoonful of honey
2 cloves garlic, mashed
2 tablespoons chopped onion
For the barbecue sauce:
3 tablespoons of virgin olive oil
1 medium onion
3 garlic cloves chopped
750 g of ripe tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 bay leaf
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon of english sauce
2 teaspoon brown sugar
4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon of chili sauce
ground black pepper
Salt to taste
Elaboration of sauce barbecue:
First, it is needed to prepare the pan slow cooked and add the oil, the chopped onion and garlic.
When the onion and the garlic are getting a transparent color, we put out the the flame and we add the bay leaf, dried thyme and the ripe tomatoes.
Then, after 30 mins of fry it is time to strain the sauce with a strainer.
You will see that the sauce become as a smash, so we reheat the pan slow cooked and add the spices, the sauces, the sugar, vinegar and salt.
When the sauce is thicken, we let it cool and keep the sauce on a recipient inside the fridge.
Elaboration of prawns:

Después, se pica el perejil, el cebollín y el ajo. Todo esto se mezcla.
Una vez terminado, se pasan los langostinos por la mezcla y se dejan reposar durante 2 h aprox.
Al terminar este proceso de rebozo, se ponen en un asadero los langostinos y se da vuelta y vuelta hasta que queden dorados.

200 grams of long-grain rice (if you’re eating little, use 180 grams)
150 grams of peeled prawns
50 grams of peas
1 large carrot

We put a saucepan with water to heat. When it boils, add the whole peeled carrot and the peas (if they are tinned, you do not need to cook them). Add a pinch of salt and let cook for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile take a pan and put it to heat with 1 tablespoon of oil. Beat the two eggs with a pinch of salt and the tablespoon of sugar. When the oil is hot pour the beaten egg, just cover the bottom of the pan so if the pan is small do it in two batches. What we intend is to make a very fine sweet tortilla for rice three delicacies. If you have beaten egg because the pan is small make two tortillas but they have to be as thin as pancakes. When ready, remove them from the fire, cut into thin strips and reserve them.
Cut the ham slices into strips and reserve.
